1. StartUpCanada's Business Owner's Toolbox: Startup Canada is an independent non-profit organization that works with private sector and government partners to build an environment for entrepreneurial success. Recently they have launched "The Business Owner's Toolbox" (BOT). "BOT comprises nine easy-to-understand modules that will walk entrepreneurs through the journey of having a full-proof business plan." It covers Business Structure, Insurance, Marketing, Finances, Pitching, and more! And it's free!

2. CRA's on Social!: Did you hear about the free webinar for incorporated contractors offered by the CRA? Did you know about the CPP Enhancement? Did you see the almost inappropriate but mildly hilarious post about filing your taxes for the first time? The Canada Revenue Agency is on Twitter, IG, FB, YT & LI. They're trying out humour, and I'm on board. A great account to follow to hear about upcoming free webinars and services, and also for a chuckle now and then.

3. Free H&S Resources from IH&SA Ontario: The Ontario Health & Safety Association have a "Infrastructure Health And Safety Association" that offers Free Resources to Ontario Businesses. Check out their Small Business Page for Free Safety Talks, Best Practices for SMBs and Independent Operators, and the Legislative H&S Requirements for each type of Business in Ontario. If you're not in Ontario, check out your Province's H&S board to find the free resources available for your Province or Territory!
