1. TaxTips.ca: You may have come across this robust no-nonsense site already! TaxTips.ca is choc-full of Answers and Tax Tips for every Canadian Tax Payer, including business owners! Tax Calculators, Resources, and information on investing, government benefits, starting a business, and more! This really is a one-stop-shop of information for Canadians! Find answers to your questions, or sign up for their Monthly Newsletter to stay informed!

2. What You Need to Know if the CRA Reviews Your Home Office Expense Claims: What happens when the managing director of Tax & Estate Planning with CIBC Private Wealth Management gets his income taxes reviewed by CRA? He writes all about the experience in The Financial Post! Check out Jamie Golombek's article here!

3. Xero Business Resources: Last month I highlighted the free guides from QBO (Quickbooks) for running your Canadian Business, but have you heard of the new emergent contender for top bookkeeping software in Canada? Xero has been 'Numero Uno' down under (NZ and Australia) for a couple of decades, and now their sights are set on North America. Like QBO, Xero Canada also has a Free Resource Page for small businesses in Canada. I don't find it anywhere as robust as Quickbooks's Small Business Centre, but I *AM* excited to try out Xero's software to see how it stacks up against QBO! (Teaser Alert! Reviews to come!)
