My #UniqueAdvantage is that I’ve seen so many perspectives!

1998: When I graduated Highschool, I worked in an Accounting Department at a Metal Stampings business.
2006: After I had my son I worked as an Office Manager at a Landscaping business.
2011: After I moved, I worked as a self employed Bookkeeper for multiple businesses.
2013: I then found a position in a Small Business Tax Filing Firm, supporting many businesses in many different stages and situations with both income taxes and bookkeeping support.
2018: After I moved again, I focused full time on providing training and bookkeeping support for Office Managers and learning bookkeepers (Both Junior Bookkeepers and DIY Bookkeepers).

All these roles gave me a front-row seat to the common financial disconnects that keep businesses stuck in triage instead of thriving. The most common theme that I constantly came across was that there are a lot of process gaps and assumptions!  And the lynch pin that ties all these things together?  The bookkeeping.

Underrated and often misunderstood, when we're all on the same page about the bookkeeping, that's when the magic happens!

When we bridge those gaps and correct the assumptions, the financial data stops being a burden and starts being a superpower. And that's how you 'Be That Business' that genuinely thrives!
